Appointments and visits during opening hours are by appointment only, either by phone or online booking.The beauty studio operates by appointment only.

Please note that time is reserved especially for you for every booked treatment. I would like to draw your attention to the cancellation periods set out in our Terms and Conditions (download the PDF here). All booked appointments are binding. By booking an appointment at CosMedics® medical beauty, owner Magdalini Tseliou, Menzer Weg 6 in 14165 Berlin, you agree to my Terms and Conditions. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment or the appointment being missed. Please also note our regular opening hours (Mon–Fri: 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Sat: 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.); cancellations made outside these hours will not be seen until the following day.

Cancellations

If you’re unable or no longer wish to attend a scheduled appointment, please reschedule or cancel as soon as possible by phone, email or, for online bookings, through the booking portal. If you do not reschedule or cancel in time, the following applies unless otherwise agreed:

• There is no charge for cancellations made up to 48 hours before your appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, or failure to attend, will incur a cancellation fee of 80% of the treatment price. Any deposits paid are non-refundable and will likewise be charged as a cancellation fee.

 The basis for the cancellation fee is set out in §611 BGB, §615 BGB, §631 BGB,  §642 BGB.
