Appointments and visits during opening hours are only possible by telephone or online booking. The beauty salon operates on an appointment system.

Please note that time is explicitly reserved for you during your booked treatment, and I hereby draw your attention to the cancellation policy. Scheduled appointments are binding. By booking an appointment with CosMedics® medical beauty, owner: Magdalini Tseliou, Menzer Weg 6 in 14165 Berlin, you agree to my terms and conditions (download as a PDF here). Please arrive promptly for your appointment; lateness may result in a shortened treatment time. Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Should you be unable to keep your appointment for any reason, please reschedule or cancel immediately, either by telephone or, if booking online, via the booking portal.

Please note our regular opening hours (Mon.-Fri.: 9:00 to 20:00, Sat.: 9:00 - 14:00) and that cancellations made outside these hours can only be processed on the following day.

If an agreed appointment cannot or does not wish to be kept and has not been rescheduled or cancelled in time, the following applies unless otherwise agreed:

• There are no charges for cancellations made up to 48 hours before the appointment.
• For cancellations less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment or no-shows, the booked treatment will be charged in full.
• For treatments that have already been paid for, failure to comply with the deadline does not entitle the customer to a refund or partial refund of the price paid.

The basis for the cancellation fee is derived from §611 BGB, §615 BGB, §631 BGB, §642 BGB.
